Crossroads Half Marathon

Half Marathon
Today was the furthest I have gone in a race since 2000. I felt good most of the way and finished in under 2 hours (my goal)! Sore hamstring this afternoon and certainly tired, but overall I feel good. Not sure if this made me more or less nervous about the marathon, but I do feel that I learned some lessons that will help me be successful in Chicago. I need to drink more water, pace myself for the longer run instead of the short term pass, and eat better the night before.
85 miles of training left, 21 days to go. One long run left - 16 miles next Sunday.
